The Night Owl lives on the roof of an apartment block called the ‘Southside Snuggery’. Each night as the sun goes down and the moon comes up, the children of the building go to bed, and the Night Owl wakes. As she rises, she is greeted by her best friend Scout the Mouse.

The Night Owl and Scout The Mouse have a very important job, every night they make sure that each and every child is quietly and safely asleep. They solve all the children’s sleep worries and put them calmly to sleep with their beautiful lullabies.
