Meet Ralph the Rainbow, here to help your child recognize and feel confident navigating the many emotions that come their way! In this sleepy 7-story series, Ralph leads your child on calming, imaginative adventures that help them recognize and understand their emotions, one color at a time. Each story and color represents a feeling they’ve likely experienced—happiness, fear, confidence, sleepiness, sadness, anger and worry. Every story includes simple breathing exercises, mindfulness techniques, and soothing visuals to help kids build emotional awareness and feel more in control of their inner world. Each 10 minute sleep story is followed by an additional 10 minutes of gentle music, making them the perfect stories to play right before bed to help your child relax and drift off to sleep.
